Introduction

At Gear Hub, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your items, you can return or exchange them following the conditions outlined in this Return Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of receiving them, provided they are:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • In a resellable condition (tags intact, no damage).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service at shop@gearhubpk.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. You will receive instructions on how to return the item, along with the return address.
  4. Ensure the item is securely packed and include your proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure for returns and place a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at shop@gearhubpk.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by Gear Hub.

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with returning items unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
